Granting Criteria

We welcome your application at anytime during the year. To be considered for funding, you must be a  501(c)(3) or other IRS designated non-profit organization in good standing. This includes government entities (schools, cities, counties, library districts, etc.) and church organizations. We do not grant to individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, or any other kind of organization that does not meet the non-profit criteria. Historically, about 97% of our funding stays within the state of Idaho.

Grant Applications

We have updated our application which now has two parts; one is a Word document and the other an Excel spreadsheet. Note this application no longer requires you to submit financial reports. Instead, the applicant will enter certain financial data into the HMF Financial Worksheet. If you have questions or issues about completing the financial worksheet, please contact the grant administrator at grants@harrymorrisonfoundation.org or 208-345-5225.
