Granting Criteria

We welcome your application at anytime during the year. To be considered for funding, you must be a  501(c)(3) or other IRS designated non-profit organization in good standing. This includes government entities (schools, cities, counties, library districts, etc.) and church organizations. We do not grant to individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, or any other kind of organization that does not meet the non-profit criteria. Historically, about 97% of our funding stays within the state of Idaho.

Grant Applications

Our application has two parts—a Word document and an Excel spreadsheet. To have a grant considered, you must fill out both files.

In the Word portion, you will answer questions about your organization and grant request. The Excel section will have you fill in contact information and  some financial data.

Click below to download both application files. For tips on writing your request, visit our FAQ pageIf you have questions or issues while completing the financial worksheet, contact Justin at grants@harrymorrisonfoundation.org or 208-345-5225.
